Teamlead Sustainability Project Management

Your Responsiblities
- You will develop and drive the sustainability strategy to further enhance market leadership and profitable growth.
- You will heavily contribute to fueling and achieving our corporate sustainability & circularity targets, which ideally also contribute to our profitability goals (or at least put them not at risk).
- You will build expertise on sustainability and relevant market trends as well as upcoming standards and national/international regulations.
- You will develop KPIs to track and trace the impacts along the value chain to increase transparency and data quality, but also to understand if we are achieving our internal/external milestones.
- You will represent us and act as the main contact person in/for relevant associations to gather further knowledge and anticipate upcoming regulations.
- You will collaborate with local regulatory agencies and certification agencies to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements while reducing the jurisdictional impact on our operation.
- You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team that is initiating and orchestrating, but also executing different initiatives simultaneously and is directly linked to C-Level.
- You will communicate and report to C-Level/Senior Management on a regular level.

Your Profile
- You have leadership experience and a strong business sense
- Special knowledge on as well as a passion for sustainability and circularity are a plus
- You are very self-driven and result oriented, coupled with good stakeholder management
- You think strategically and have project management-, excellent networking
- and stakeholder management skills
- Holistic perspective on Ops, Marketing, PR and P/L responsibility
