What You’ll Do
- Communication skills: You are attentive and communicative. You are able to quickly grasp complex customer enquiries and in a solution-oriented manner, both by phone and in writing
- Assessment & resolution: You identify customer needs and work creatively and proactively to resolve faults, technical and general support requests
- Coordination & initiative: You assess customer needs and requests by ensuring that they are escalated in a timely and efficient manner. In doing so, it is important to qualify the requests accordingly
- Documentation: You use our software and tools to keep accurate records of support cases and communications
- Continous improvement: You always try to improve customer service in order to best serve our (existing or potential) customers
- Kommunikációs készség: Figyelmes és jól kommunikál. Telefonon és írásban is gyorsan, a megoldásra összpontosítva képes kezelni az ügyfelek összetett kéréseit

- Dokumentáció: Szoftvereink és eszközeink segítségével pontosan rögzíti a támogatási ügyeket és a kommunikációt
