**Local Head of HR / Personalleiter (m/w/d) - DIREKTVERMITTLUNG**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines HR-Teams bestehend aus ca. 4 Mitarbeitern und weiteren 6 nachgeordneten HR-Kollegen aus dem Front-Office
- Begleiten und Umsetzen der regionalen HR- und Unternehmensstrategie
- (Weiter-)Entwickeln und Umsetzen der HR-Strategie für den Betreuungsbereich im Einklang mit der HR-Strategie und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Competence Centern
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die operativen und strategischen HR-Belange agieren Sie auch als Schnittstelle für interne als auch externe Vertreter und stellen eine zuverlässige Kommunikation sicher
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management und der Betriebsleitung speziell in strategischen Fragestellungen
- Beraten des Managements bei Change-Management-Prozessen
- Entwickeln, Implementieren und Umsetzen eines zielorientierten und nachhaltigen HR-Managements, wie z. B. Personalrekrutierung sowie Personalentwicklung (Qualifizierung und Training), Compensation & Benefits oder des Kennzahlen-Managements (Personalcontrolling) in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Competence-Centern
- Koordinieren und Durchführen betriebsverfassungsrechtlicher Angelegenheiten sowie der Personalmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Tarif
- und arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen und aktives Mitwirken bei Arbeitskreisen und Gremien
- Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen in personellen und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten (u.a. wöchentliche BR-Sitzungen, Verhandlungsführung für neue BV etc.) sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung fixierter Vereinbarungen
- Planen und Monitoren des Budgets
- Leiten bzw. Mitwirken bei konzernübergreifenden HR-Projekten sowohl national auch international
- Führen von Mitarbeiter
- und Feedbackgesprächen mit nachgeordneten HR-Kollegen inkl. dem Anfertigen von Beurteilungen für mögliche P&D-Maßnahmen

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem, rechtswissenschaftlichem, psychologischem oder vergleichbarem Hintergrund
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnliche Rolle (Director, Pesronalleiter/Head of HR, Senior HR Business Partner) mit Mitbestimmungsthemen
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im produktionsnahen Umfeld
- Mehrjährige generalistische HR-Expertise (Employee Lifecycle, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Change-Management und Learning, Employee & Labor Relations) und Führungserfahrung im HR-Management
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeit, um auf unterschiedlichsten Ebenen im Spannungsfeld zwischen Mitarbeitern, Betriebsräten, lokalem Management und Geschäftsführung sowie regionalem Führungsteam, Menschen zu inspirieren und zu begeistern
- Erfahrung im Projekt
- & Change-Management
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse (C1-Level)
- Fähigkeit und Ambition, den Weg zu einer system
- und prozessgesteuerten HR-Arbeit zu gehen und zu weisen
- Verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
