We are looking for the Global Customer & Data Transformation Expert to join our team in Hamburg
** Your Role **:Support and manage specific Voice of the Customer initiatives that are part of the Kuehne+Nagel roadmap and vision and therefore of business importance to Kuehne+Nagel. In addition, present analysis and results to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Support and preparation of NPS / CSAT surveys according to best practices.
- Assist with survey design, customer segmentation and target definition.
- Manage day-to-day research projects within the organisation.
- Communicate survey results in a comprehensive manner to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee, plan and support the implementation of tools required to collect and communicate VoC results.
- Gain greater understanding and experience of customer experience management skills.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in project management.
- Proficiency in survey software, including QuestionPro, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Capacity to understand and simplify complex situations for stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-cultural communication and translation of requests into research initiatives.
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and the ability to identify actionable opportunities.
