Als **Product Owner** unseres cross-funktionalen Service Teams „Analyse & Reporting“ übernimmst Du Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Daten
- und Reporting Platform.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

- Du bist aktiv in die Entwicklung und den Betrieb unserer Data Platform (Datalake, Dashboard Engines) eingebunden
- Du führst Dein Team fachlich und begeisterst Stakeholder*innen sowie Kolleg*innen gleichermaßen für Deine Lösungen
- Du bist im Austausch mit Deinen Stakeholdern und nimmst deren Anforderungen auf
- Du und Dein Team erstellen und pflegen ELT-/ETL-Strecken mit dem hohen Anspruch an Leistung und Wartbarkeit
- Du kümmerst Dich um Konzeption, Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Datenreports und -dashboards im Frontend und Backend-Layer
- Du unterstützt Dein Team durch Deine „Hands-on-Arbeitsweise“

Das ist uns wichtig:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. berufliche Erfahrung
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre „hands-on“ Erfahrung als Data Engineer, Data Analyst oder Data Scientist sowie über Erfahrung als Product Owner oder fachliche Führungskraft
- Technische Skills, die Du idealerweise mitbringst:

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Cloudtechnologien (z.B.Amazon AWS und Hybridcloud)
- Profundes Wissen über Containertechnologien (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, CI/CD)
- Sehr gute SQL- und Python-Kenntnisse
- Workflow-Automatisierung mit Apache Airflow und argo
- Sicherer im Umgang mit relationalen und nicht-relationalen Datenbanken (PostgreSQL, MS SQL-Server, MongoDB, Snowflake)
- Erfahrungen mit ELT-Tools (z. B. dbt) und Big Data Technologien (Lambda-Architektur, Parquet, S3)
- Erfahrung mit Analyse
- und Dashboardtools wie z.B. Tableau, QuickSite o.ä.
- Nice to have: Talend, ElasticSearch, Jira, Confluence
- Darüber hinaus:

o Deine Vorgehensweise ist geprägt von Kundenorientierung, Pragmatismus und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Dich zeichnen ein hohes Engagement sowie gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
