As Global Head Procurement Category FDF BD&L M&A (finished Dosage Forms, Business Development & Licensing, Mergers & Acquisition) (M/F/d) you will plan and lead all strategic aspects within the category of FDF including BD&L M&A, across sites and functions, on a global level and develop proposals for strategic business decisions
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Drive/Implement category strategic goals from overall Procurement strategy / Ecosystem management.
- Demand management.
- Sourcing and supplier relationships management.
- Manage relationships with (senior) stakeholders.
- Manage Procurement relevant activities in Business Development & Licensing, Mergers & Acquisition.

**Minimum requirements**
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Preferably min10 years of experience in Procurement or other related experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in category management, supplier management, or related area, with a focus in the FDF BD&L M&A domain.
- Strong project management or other leadership experience.
- Successful development, implementation and maintenance of the Procurement strategy.
- Value Delivery - right-sized spending and projected savings in compliance with a meaningful guideline.
- Successful and measurable execution on efficiency programs.
- Measurable and continuous process improvement & compliance assurance.
- Team development and talent growth.
- Understanding the Procurement KPIs related to market insights, price and demand development as well as procurement's performance.
