Als eines der erfolgreichsten und innovativsten Personaldienstleistungsunternehmen in Deutschland suchen wir für unseren renommierten Kunden in Hamburg ab sofort eine/n **Head of Risk Management (m/w/d)** in Direktvermittlung.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Aufbau und Leitung eines Teams für das ganzheitliche Risikomanagement für die Hoyer Unternehmensgruppe
- Ermittlung, Steuerung und systematische Überwachung von Marktpreisrisiken sowie Wertermittlung und Performancemessung der verschiedenen Portfolien
- Steuerung des Risk-Management-Committees
- Entwicklung von Trading Mandaten und der Risikostrategie der Hoyer Unternehmensgruppe
- Steuerung der Limitauslastung über Value-at-Risk (VaR) Modellierung
- Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements mit Bezug auf VaR-Backtesting und Simulationen, Ermittlung und Vorstellung von Stresstests und Expected Shortfall Prognosen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von neuen Risikomanagementkonzepten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit mathematischem, naturwissenschaftlichem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement oder Trading bei einer Bank, einem Handelshaus oder einer Unternehmensberatung. bzw. Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, vorzugsweise in fachlich und disziplinarisch führender Position.
- Grundverständnis des Europäischen Ölmarktes.
- Gute Kenntnisse der Finanzmärkte, Finanzprodukte und (z. T. komplexen) Derivate, Handels
- und Portfoliomanagementstrategien sowie. Risikomanagementmethoden.
- Analytisches, strukturiertes und vorausschauendes Denken, speziell im Umgang mit Zahlen, Modellen und Wahrscheinlichkeiten.
- Hohe Daten
- und IT-Affinität, quantitatives Methodenwissen sowie belastbare Programmierkenntnisse.
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch.
- Flexibilität und „Hands-on“-Mentalität sowie hohe Eigenmotivation und Teamfähigkeit.
