**Your mission**:
**Your profile**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience as a creative director in an agency
- Excellent knowledge of UI and UX design of websites/digital products as well as brand development across multiple platforms (digital, print, etc.), preferably related to consumer engagement and consumer experience
- Experience in managing a team of digital designers, and delivering projects on a large scale and in a complex business setting
- Strong creative vision and hands-on mindset with an eye on business objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills due to close collaboration with clients, and colleagues from diverse teams
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously, and to manage and prioritize workload to ensure all work is produced on brief, time and budget.
- Deep understanding of the latest and greatest UI trends, markets, customers, and channels of distribution
- Hands on mindset and knowledge of latest design and prototyping tools and techniques
- Willingness to share knowledge and support other colleagues
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead projects with the support of our Project Managers
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
