This role adds to our team in Total Rewards & Mobility to foster SIXT’s people management. You report to Director Total Rewards & Mobility. You help design guidelines and activities around all total rewards activities end-to-end and govern processes and exception handling. You will co-operate closely with the People Management teams and external providers.

**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**:

- You manage annual salary review processes incl. variable pay out and ensure global standards are met and help establish guidelines and design processes considering all stakeholders relevant for various Total Rewards processes
- You draft and deliver training and communication materials and feel confident to host trainings yourself while ensuring high data quality and reliability and support HRIS /HRIT implementation
- You are responsible for the Total Rewards Knowledge database and update content on a regular basis
- You provide regular reports (quarterly, monthly, yearly) to relevant stakeholder groups
- Where applicable, you support in running benchmarks analysis, provide grading or deliver quarterly reports

**COME AS YOU ARE**:

- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or comparable education/professional experience, that uses quantitative analysis and have already some experience in rewards, controlling or consulting
- You are proactive, data-driven and take initiative and feel confident in a cross-cultural matrix organization and have worked in international context and projects before
- You have excellent analytical skills and feel very confident with Excel and PowerPoint; ideally, you have experience with Workday or similar systems
- Certification in job evaluation (Hay, WTW) and/or experience in international assignments or global benefits is preferable
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus
