**Deine Aufgaben**:

- ** Teamleitung und -entwicklung**: Führung des Central Operations-Teams zur Optimierung der internationalen Betriebsorganisation
- ** Strategische Planung und Umsetzung**: Regionsübergreifende Entwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und IT-Tools für ein effizientes Flottenmanagement und Werkstattinfrastruktur
- ** Datenanalyse**: Nutzung von KPIs zur Überwachung der Betriebsleistung und Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen.
- ** Smart Operations**: Einführung smarter Technologien zur Verbesserung der Steuerung der Bikesharing-Systeme.
- ** Prozessoptimierung und Kundenorientierung**: Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung, Kostensenkung und Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- ** Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit**: Enge Kooperation mit den Abteilungen Produkt sowie Marketing und Kundenservice zur sinnvollen Weiterentwicklung der Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Produkte und Services

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Operations-Management, idealerweise im Bereich Mobilität oder Transport
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung von Abteilungen und der Optimierung von Prozessen
- Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit datenbasierten Management komplexer Systeme (Six-Sigma-Qualifikation wünschenswert)
- Erfahrung im Transformationsmanagement (Einführung neuer Strukturen, Prozesse oder Technologien) sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem Betriebsrat in diesem Kontext
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (B2/C1)
- Begeisterung für nachhaltige Mobilität und innovative Lösungen
