Stellenbeschreibung
Unser Legal-Team in Europe & North Africa (ENA) sucht einen neuen **Legal Counsel (m/w/d), mit Schwerpunkt auf der Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Einkaufs
- & Commercialabteilungen** in der Region. Du wirst Teil eines dynamischen, wachsenden Teams, mit Verantwortung für alle Vereinbarungen in Einkauf und Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution & E-Commerce) in der Region. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy-Marken.
**Deine Rolle und Aufgaben umfassen**:
- Du bist Business Partner und Berater für unsere Einkaufs
- und Commercialabteilungen (Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution & E-Commerce) in allen Rechtsangelegenheiten, mit Schwerpunkt auf der Region Northern Europe (32 Länder, einschließlich DACH, BeNeLux, UK&I, EE, Nordics & SEE)
- Als Teil deiner Rolle bist du Subject Matter Expert für Wirtschaftsrecht und begleitest die Commercial
- und Procurementaktivitäten in der Region, mit Beratung, Erkenntnissen, Training und mehr für die einzelnen Teams
- Du bist Partner für unsere Managementteams und unterstützt insbesondere mit rechtlichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Beratung für Management und Spezialistenfunktionen
- Du managest eigenständig alle Fälle und Anfragen in der Region in Bezug auf wirtschaftsrechtliche Themen
- Du entwirfst, prüfst und verhandelst eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Geschäftsvereinbarungen und Verträge, entsprechend der Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse aus dem Business
- Du begleitest Verhandlungen bsp. mit Lieferanten, Partnern oder Kunden und übernimmst die Leitung für alle rechtlichen Aspekte und Fragestellungen
- Du arbeitest mit an der (Weiter-) Entwicklung standardisierter Vertragsvorlagen für die Schwerpunktbereiche
- Du managest alle rechtliche Korrespondenz mit internen Abteilungen und externen Vertrags
- und Verhandlungspartnern, insbesondere mit Anwälten und Rechtsberatern unserer Vertragspartner
- Als Teil unserer Legal Community in ENA arbeitest du mit daran Verantwortlichkeiten und Prokuktivität weiter voranzutreiben, stimmst dich in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten mit den anderen Teams und/oder externen Anwälten ab und bist im Austausch zu Best Practices, einschließlich deren Umsetzung
Qualifikationen
**Dein Profil**:
- Du hast einen juristischen Hochschulabschluss (Staatsexamen, LLM oder vergleichbar) oder eine gleichwertige rechtliche Qualifikation und mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, inhouse in einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen oder in einer Anwaltskanzlei
- Du hast umfassende Kenntnisse in allen Bereichen des Wirtschaftsrechts und Erfahrung im managen unterschiedlichster wirtschaftsrechtlicher Angelegenheiten
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Autonomie, Proaktivität und ein hohes Maß an Organisation aus
- Unternehmerisches und geschäftsorientiertes Denken und Handeln, prägen deine Arbeit, verbunden mit deiner analytischen, lösungsorientierten Denkweise
- Du bist verhandlungsstark und erfahren darin Verhandlungen mit Stakeholdern aus unterschiedlichsten Hintergründen und Unternehmensebenen zu leiten
- Du hast ein gutes strategisches Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gehören zu deinen Stärken, mit der Fähigkeit, eine Vielfalt an unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern über alle Ebenen hinweg, inner
- und außerhalb der Organisation zu managen und langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Du bist ausgeprägter Teamplayer, mit Fokus auf Zusammenarbeit und Teamerfolg
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrscht du fließend, einschließlich der Rechtssprache
