Diese Stelle ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unbefristet in Vollzeit zu besetzen. Die Arbeitszeit beträgt durchschnittlich 37,5 Stunden pro Woche. Sie verteilt sich auf 5 Tage in der Woche von Montag bis Samstag in Früh-, Mittel
- und Spätschichten.
Bezahlung nach Einzelhandelstarif + 13. Gehalt als Weihnachtsgeld + Urlaubsgeld + 15% Personalrabatt und vieles mehr.

- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen.
- Personalplanungsprozesse und die rechtlichen Anforderungen für die Personalplanung sind dir ebenso vertraut wie die Rechte und Pflichten von Arbeitnehmer*innen und Arbeitgebern.
- Du kennst dich mit Zeitplanungs
- und Zeiterfassungs-Software aus und du hast Interesse an neuen Software Systemen.
- Deine taktische und operative Denkweise kannst du bei der Umsetzung von langfristigen Plänen mit entsprechender Budget
- und Zielsetzung anwenden. Du verstehst es, lokal innerhalb eines nationalen und globalen Rahmens zu handeln.
- Du bist motivierte*r Teamplayer*in und lebst unsere offene Unternehmenskultur. Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und hast den Wunsch, dich selbst persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Dein Talent für Kommunikation weißt du in der Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg*innen bei IKEA sowie mit externen Partnern einzusetzen. Du bist lösungsorientiert und kannst Ideen inspirierend und zielführend vermitteln. Du kommunizierst selbstbewusst und verständlich auf Deutsch und Englisch.
**So gestaltet sich dein tag bei uns**
- In deinem Einrichtungshaus bist du verantwortlich für den gesamten Personalplanungsprozess, von der Prognose des Personalbedarfs bis zur Erstellung der Personaleinsatzpläne. Du setzt die globale und nationale Personalplanungsstrategie von IKEA lokal um.
- In Abstimmung mit den Abteilungsleitern sorgst du dafür, dass die Personaleinsatzpläne den Anforderungen unserer Mitarbeiter*innen, unserer Kund*innen und unserer Geschäftsziele gleichermaßen gerecht werden. Du veröffentlichst die Personaleinsatzpläne rechtzeitig.
- Bei der Erstellung der Personaleinsatzpläne berücksichtigst du lokale Regelungen des Tarifvertrags und lokale Betriebsvereinbarungen, sowie die Einhaltung der IKEA Employment Standards.
- Du berätst und unterstützt deine Kolleg*innen im Einrichtungshaus und erweiterst ihre Kompetenz in der Personaleinsatzplanung durch entsprechende Trainings.
- Du findest Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Einsatzplanungsprozess deines Einrichtungshauses und tauscht Ideen mit deinen Kolleg*innen im Einrichtungshaus sowie auf nationaler Ebene aus. Sollten geplante oder tatsächliche Stunden den vereinbarten finanziellen Rahmen überschreiten, gibst du diese Abweichungen an deinen People & Culture Manager oder Managerin weiter.
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Personalplanung deines Einrichtungshauses die Förderung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräften unterstützt.
