Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growth and success.
- Provide coaching and development support to leaders and managers to enhance their people management skills.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and development strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational design solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support on labor relations, employment law, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement rewards and recognition programs to drive employee motivation and engagement.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights on people-related metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in HR generalist and/or people partner roles, preferably in logistics.
- Deep understanding of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, people performance management, employee engagement, compensation, development, employee relations, and local labor law.
- Advanced knowledge of local labor law and experience working in unionized environments.
- Resilience and maturity in dealing with change and delivering results in challenging environments.
- Experience working in large international organizations and ability to build relationships and navigate complex stakeholder matrices.
- Strong business acumen and data analytics skills.
- Good change management, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
