Nachhaltigkeit ist ein Schlüsselelement unseres Unternehmens, welches entscheidend dazu beiträgt unsere Prozesse innerhalb der Supply-Chain-Planung zukunftssicher zu gestalten. Auf internationaler wie nationaler Ebene gibt es vielfältige Herausforderungen, die es in Hinsicht Nachhaltigkeit zu bewältigen gibt. Da wir bei Stollwerck als multidisziplinäres Team arbeiten und oben genannte Themen Hand in Hand mit einem hohen Maß an Qualität gehen, suchen wir Dich für ein hybrides Praktikum aus Nachhaltigkeit und Qualitätsmanagement.
- Dein Arbeitsplatz wird ist in Norderstedt, wobei Du auf internationalem Parkett kommunizieren und arbeiten wirst.Deine Aufgaben als Hybrid internship sustainability & quality bei Stollwerck:
- Hauptaufgabe: Sicherstellung der Compliance zum deutschen Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LKSG)
- Zuarbeit zur zentralen Nachhaltigkeitsabteilung bzgl. Europäischer Entwaldungsverordnung (EUDR)
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Richtlinie zur unternehmerischen Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung (CSRD)
- Zuarbeit zur zentralen Qualitätsabteilung in Bezug auf Lieferantenmanagement.
Das bringst Du als Hybrid internship sustainability & quality bei Stollwerck mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in einem für die Stelle relevanten Fachgebiet (z. B. (Lebensmittel-)Nachhaltigkeit, Legal, Qualitätsmanagement)
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Lebensmittel-/Rohstoffindustrie und/oder Affinität zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen wie Umwelt, Sorgfaltspflicht, Menschenrechte sowie zu Qualitätsthemen
- Analytische Fähigkeiten (Datenmanagement und -analyse) verbunden mit Projektmanagement-Erfahrungen
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung nationaler und internationaler Vorschriften in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit, Sorgfaltspflicht und Qualitätsmanagement
- Eine Persönlichkeit mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Hands-on-Mentalität, sowie flexible, lösungs
- und ergebnisorientierte Denkweise und ausgeprägte sozialen Kompetenzen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse,
- Affinität zu finanziellen und/oder rechtlichen Angelegenheiten ist ein Plus
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.

- Zusammen mit Cémoi und als Teil von Baronie ist Stollwerck mit 20 Produktionsstätten für Kakao
- und Schokoladenprodukte in Europa, den USA, Großbritannien und der Elfenbeinküste der weltweit bevorzugte Partner für Schokoladen-Eigenmarken. Wir stützen uns auf unsere vertikal integrierte Kakaolieferkette, die mehrere Ursprünge und biologischen Anbau umfasst. Wir profitieren von diesem Know-how der gesamten Kakaolieferkette in allen Herstellungsverfahren und -techniken.
