We are looking for an experienced Design Strategist in the field of space experience design, branding, exhibitions, interactive and immersive installations.

We design and develop experiential spaces for museums, exhibitions, showrooms, retails, visitor centers, events, shows, exhibits and media installations. **Your Role**:
As Design Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences we create. You will guide our projects from the discovery phase through the strategy phase to the concept phase. Your ability to seamlessly integrate analytical and creative skills across these phases will be essential in delivering exceptional space experience solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives.

**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- Consulting international clients from the initial start of the project through the entire research, strategy and concept phase of our Space Experience Design projects.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and carry out market research incl. brand audits, competitor analysis, industry analysis, target audience research, trend analysis.
- Gather, synthesize, and present actionable insights to inform design decisions.
- Effectively communicate research findings internally and externally.
- Translate insights from the research and discovery phase into a coherent strategic and narrative approach for space experience design interventions.
- Develop and articulate design strategies in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Ensure alignment of the creative strategy with client’s business objectives.
- Create visually and emotionally compelling design concepts and stories that resonate with clients and target audiences.
- Convey design concepts in text and visuals internally and externally.
- Continuously ensure alignment of the creative concept with the design strategy
- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to refine and iterate concepts.
- Constantly analyze, review, and improve our workflow, analytics processes and creative methods.

**Your Qualifications and Skills**:
Analytical Skills:

- Proficiency in conducting interviews and brand audits, industry analysis, target audience research, etc.
- Exceptional research and analysis skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Creative Skills:

- Proven track record in translating insights into compelling design concepts.
- Proficiency in using presentation software such as Keynote, Microsoft Office, and similar tools, experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Exceptional visual and written communication skills.
- Strong English copywriting skills (German, Arabic, Chinese a plus)

General Requirements/Skills:

- University degree in Strategic Design or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in design strategy.
- Holistic understanding of business models, brand and design systems
- Up-to-date understanding of cultural trends in brand communication, exhibition design, technology innovations, and global social movements.
- Proficiency in English is required. (Proficiency in German, Arabic, or Chinese is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptability to work on projects across various design disciplines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing, leading and evaluating strategic project workshops for international clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
