- / Lifestyle-Tech Unit (inter)national herausragende Sichtbarkeit für unsere Kund:innen aus der Digitalwirtschaft erzielt.
Als Communications Director (w/m/x) treibst du Impulse und Strategien für 360 Grad Kommunikationskampagnen für unsere Kund:innen voran. Du nimmst somit eine Leadership Rolle innerhalb der PIABO Teams und externen Stakeholdern ein.
- Als Kommunikationsprofi in unserem auf Consumer
- / Lifestyle-Tech spezialisierten Team unterstützt du durch deine mehrjährige Erfahrung dabei, kreative Kommunikationskonzepte zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
- Du kannst auf Basis von Daten und Analysen PR-Strategien aufbauen, welche das gesamte Portfolio der Kommunikation berücksichtigen.
- Als Kundenlead bringst du Teamarbeit voran, agierst als Mentor:in und Sparringspartner:in für Kolleg:innen und stellst in der Supervision stets die Qualität der Ergebnisse sowie eine exzellente Kundenbeziehung sicher.
- Du denkst in digitalen und innovativen Lösungen und Prozessen und etablierst dadurch zukunftsweisende PR- und Kommunikationsprojekte sowie neue Trends am Markt.
- Du bevorzugst transparente Kommunikationswege in alle Richtungen und bist klar in deinen Erwartungen, wobei du immer den Input vom Team mit einbeziehst.
**Dein Profil**:
- Dein Fokus liegt auf 360-Grad-Kommunikation und du hast weitreichende Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Kommunikationskampagnen zu FoodTech, TravelTech, EdTech, Mobility, Tourismus, Fashion und/oder anderen Lifestyle-Tech-Themen.
- Durch deine Expertise in der datenbasierten PR-Arbeit kannst du passgenaue Ergebnisse im Interesse unserer Kund:innen und der Agentur erzielen.
- Du wirst als Lead und Mentor:in geschätzt und weißt, wie man die Expertise jedes Einzelnen gewinnbringend und wertschätzend im Team einsetzt und somit Stärken ausbaut und voranbringt.
- Du bist offen für Veränderungen, bist Impulsgeber:in und hinterfragst den Status Quo, damit wir als Agentur stets bestmögliche und innovative Kommunikationsstrategien für unsere Kund:innen entwickeln können.
- Außerdem bringst du fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
