Aufgaben

Als Director Corporate Communication (alle genders) bist Du hauptverantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung der gesamten Unternehmenskommunikation von Aroundhome und arbeitest themenübergreifend mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern zusammen.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und zielgruppengerechte Positionierung der Unternehmensmarke Aroundhome in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen, der Geschäftsführung und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern
- Du bist für die Konzeption, Umsetzungsbegleitung und Evaluation von Kommunikationsstrategien, -kampagnen und -maßnahmen für differenzierte Zielgruppen (B2C, B2B, Mitarbeiter) sowie unterschiedliche Kommunikationsformate und -kanäle (PR, SocialMedia,...) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen verantwortlich
- Du bist federführend bei PR-Themen und der Agentursteuerung sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu relevanten Medien und Netzwerken
- Du hast stets einen Blick auf Trends und Entwicklungen in der Branche und passt die Kommunikationsstrategie entsprechend an
- Du bist zuständig für die Sicherstellung der Wirksamkeit der Kommunikations
- und PR-Aktivitäten und bewertest diese anhand definierter KPIs
- Du übernimmst eine kleine Führungsverantwortung, mit der Perspektive, Deinen Bereich weiter auf
- und auszubauen

Anforderungen
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Medien, Kommunikation, Marketing, PR oder einer verwandten Disziplin sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Konzepten, Marken
- und Kommunikationsstrategien, wie Unternehmensmarke, Corporate Identity, PR, soziale Medien mit, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld
- Du bist bekannt für ein hohes Maß an Kreativität, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und Mut neue, unkonventionelle Ideen auszuprobieren
- Du hast Dir über die Jahre ein sehr gutes Netzwerk zu allen relevanten Branchenmedien aufgebaut, dass Du kontinuierlich pflegst und ausbaust
- Du verfügst über eine sehr selbständig Arbeitsweise, dazu hervorragende Projektmanagement-und Organisationsfähigkeiten und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Dich zeichnen Deine kommunikativen, rhetorischen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten aus und helfen Dir bei einem überdurchschnittlich guten Stakeholdermanagement und der -beratung
