Summary
We are looking for an “Assistant (f/m/d)” for the “Development” department at the Oberkochen site, Aalen branch, as soon as possible.
The position is part-time.
Your Tasks- Taking on secretarial tasks such as scheduling, organizing, preparing for and following up on business trips and visits, including looking after guests, procuring office supplies, preparing presentations, correspondence and telephone calls in German and English, reporting and data maintenance as well as general administrative tasks- Management and team assistance, for example in the preparation of minutes, keeping action lists and organizing workshops- Active support of assigned teams and individuals in all organizational, planning or procedural matters- Active further development of processes and procedures in coordination with the assistance team and the manager- Establishing and maintaining internal HENSOLDT assistance networks, also across locations and divisions
Your Profile- Completed training in the field of office communication, commercial training or comparable training- Experience in secretarial and assistance tasks- Basic knowledge of SAP; basic knowledge of Visio and MindManager advantageous- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)- Reliability, flexibility and discretion- Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Structured way of working with the willingness to familiarize yourself independently with new tools and processes- Open and winning demeanor towards colleagues and guests- Very good German and good English language skills as well as other language skills advantageous
