Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Product to join our team at myposter GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features
  • Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform product decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
