**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals and provide suitable investment solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Present and explain investment products and services to clients.
- Customize presentations based on individual client needs.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously work towards exceeding performance goals.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback on market trends to enhance product offerings.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall departmental goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
