**And therefore, we need you**: A forward-thinking and experienced Senior UX Designer showing high interest in the energy sector and supporting our customers from the beginning to long-term running projects.

**Responsibilities**:
As our first User Experience Designer, you will build an intuitive and user-friendly experience architecture for our customers.
- Taking the lead in analyzing and implementing user feedback by using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand our customers
- Crafting personas, journey maps and other artifacts to communicate insights across the design and development teams
- Supporting the development of the user interface by closely working together with a cross-functional group of product managers and engineers
- Establishing great user experiences by using your creativity and eye for design, along with your technical knowledge
- Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to quickly test and validate product ideas, taking into account user gain insights
- Driving product development in an agile environment and take responsibility for the quality of delivery
- Developing experiments with the team to quickly test hypotheses on new products and services

Profile
- 3+ years of experience as UX Designer
- 2+ years experience in wireframing,user research, interaction design, visual design and prototyping and creating high-fidelity mockups
- Very well versed in conducting user research and running usability tests
- A self-starter who can take ownership of complex UX problems, from discovery, concept, validation phases, right through to delivery of solutions
- Experience with design and development processes (Lean, Agile, Design Sprints, Design Thinking) and industry standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, InVision etc.)
- Ability to influence stakeholders about user needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and very good interpersonal skills (proficiency in German is a plus)
- Motivated by working strategically and structurally, even in complex system and process worlds, questioning things and helping to shape new solutions
