Als Inbound Specialist (m/w/d) bei der Zalando Lounge bist du verantwortlich für die Prüfung von Mustern auf Qualität unter Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards.

- Du bist für die Musterprüfung unter Einbezug der Zalando-Qualitätsstandards sowie gesetzlichen Vorgaben verantwortlich und dokumentierst Abweichungen
- Du prüfst Muster auf ihre Qualität und bereitest diese für den Versand vor
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und priorisierst deine Aufgaben nach Dringlichkeit.
- Du bringst dich dank unserer Trainings regelmäßig auf den neuesten Stand zu gesetzlichen sowie internen Qualitätsstandards.
- Du tauschst dich regelmäßig mit anderen Fachabteilungen aus; erhältst gerne Feedback zu deiner Arbeit und teilst Ideen und Anregungen offen mit Kolleg*innen und Stakeholdern.

**WIR MÖCHTEN DICH GERNE KENNENLERNEN, WENN**:

- Du eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung hast; sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC und MS Office
- Du Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse hast.
- Du detailorientiert arbeiten kannst, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie die Eigenschaft hast, bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen sehr konzentriert arbeiten zu können.
- Du eine selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise an den Tag legst und dir die Einhaltung von straffen Deadlines keine Probleme bereitet.
