Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Verbesserung des Gesundheitsschutzes und der Gesundheitskultur im Bereich der globalen Logistik

Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Prävention von berufsbedingten Erkrankungen

Entwicklung gesunder Rahmenbedingungen im Sinne von „New Work“ für den Bereich der globalen Logistik

Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern zu gesundheitsrelevanten Themen

Identifizieren von gesundheitsrelevanten Handlungsbedarfen und Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen

Umsetztung entsprecheder Maßnahmenin Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Leitung von Projekten zur Optimierung Logistikrelevanter DGSW-Themen

Erstellen von Projektmasterplänen, Planung der Ressourcen, Aufbau der Projektbudgets und Kontrolle der Projektkosten

Vorbereitung von Kickoff
- und Projektpräsentationen bis hin zur Erstellung von Präsentation auf Management-Niveau

Unterstützung bei der Prozessimplementierung erreichter Ergebnisse aus Projekten

Sicherstellung Projektzielerreichung gemäß Zeit
- und Budgetvorgaben

Standardisierung und Harmonisierung von Prozessen in der globalen Logistik

Verfassen regelmäßiger Berichte über HSE- und nachhaltigkeitsbezogene Aktivitäten und Kennzahlen

Ihr Profil

Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbar

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Logistik und des Projektmanagements

Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP

Prozessdenken/Prozessgestaltung

Teamorientierung und herausragende soziale Kompetenz

Menschlich und fachlich überzeugende Persönlichkeit

Hohe Motivation, aktives Einbringen von Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und eine weitere Fremdsprache wünschenswert
