F&o Product Lead

As part of this growth and exciting future plans, the FinTech team is upgrading their systems to Microsoft Dynamics F&O (formerly Dynamics AX) to ensure best-in-class support, operational processing, and reporting for all our stakeholders.

**What you will do**
- Manage and support a team of product managers, assist in decision-making processes and be attentive to challenges and needs during daily operations
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders (business and tech) in order to understand their needs, advocate smart and business-value driven solutions across your tech teams, as well as to sensitive stakeholders to the tech perspective
- Act as a leader for your team, keep spirits high and get yourself involved wherever needed
- Customise and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and business processes
- Recommend process optimizations compliant to the best practices for handling different processes in F&O
- Provide expert guidance in F&O implementation including data migration and end-user training
- Conduct workshops and demos to ensure smooth transition into F&O
- Identify problems and find efficient and pragmatic solutions for blockers
- Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes

**Who you are**
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Finance and the ERP modules supporting these processes
- At least 10 years of experience as Finance Consultant in ERP systems and min. 4 years experience MS Dynamics 365 F&O and implementation projects
- You ideally have a good understanding of finance and accounting
- You have excellent communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective
- You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
- You have a proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
- You are always prepared, well-organized and on time
- You are comfortable working in an international working environment
