**Deine Aufgaben**
- Vorrangig Kommunikation und Datenübermittlung der Lieferinformation an unsere Kunden inkl. out-of-stock Meldungen und Übermittlung der Tracking Codes (Deutschland/Österreich)
- Unterstützung des Kundenservice Teams v.a. in der Auftragsbearbeitung (sowie bei Bedarf Unterstützung des Operation Managers)
- Vorbereitung von Vorlagen zur täglichen Umsatzmeldung für einzelne Counter
- Kommunikation mit unseren Ansprechpartnern des französischen Mutterhauses in Englisch
- Büroorganisation in Absprache mit dem Berliner Office Team
- Telefondienst
- Vorbereitung von Meetings und Schulungen
**Dein Profil**
- Du bist Student: in mit dem Schwerpunkt Business Administration, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang oder hast diesen bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Höhen Affinität zu Zahlen und proaktive Arbeitsweiße
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Administration eines international agierenden Unternehmens
- Analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Routinierter Umgang mit Microsoft-Office, insbesondere mit MS-Excel
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, zusätzlich Französisch vorteilhaft
- Souveränes und freundliches Auftreten
