**Eucalyptus **(or 'Euc' for short) is a healthcare technology organisation on a mission to deliver high touch, high quality care to millions of patients.

**About The Work**

We're looking for a wordsmith capable of picking apart what is top of mind for our patients and creating work that has a real impact on patient's lives. You'll play a critical role in shaping the tone of voice for a particular brand, creating and executing campaign concepts and strategies. We are seeking a bi-lingual German and English speaker and writer to support our creative teams to move quickly, constantly try new ways in and scale what's working into more complex initiatives.

We are a young company with experimentation as part of our DNA. We frequently iterate to conviction with a strong hypotheses-led culture. The whole company sets quarterly OKRs and has the ability to rapidly shift gears in response to new insights, or changing market conditions in order to deliver on our company-wide objectives. It is critical for us that you share these philosophies, are adaptable to change and comfortable with solving for ambiguity.

**As a Copywriter at Eucalyptus, you will (responsibilities)**:

- Be based in Germany - reporting directly to our Creative Lead (Germany), who is based in Germany
- Develop and own the tone of voice. You write with clarity, empathy, and personality as you set the standard for copywriting excellence across the company
- Find hooks based on the brand insights, and work with the creative team to develop these into campaign concepts and strategy
- Craft the messaging and positioning for new Eucalyptus products, campaigns, initiatives and features
- Be a role model, a mentor and a leader to younger creatives
- Be a driving force for bringing creative ideas to life across the business

**About You (skills)**
- 3-4+ years experience within an agency, in-house team or a freelance writer
- Communicate fluently in German and English (bonus - if you're proficient in other European languages)
- Experience and expertise of the creative development process, through concepts, ideation, creation and execution
- Ability to clearly articulate and present copy and ideas in response to briefs
- You're comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and solving problems in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
