**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your tasks**:

- Define in detail the process steps and process deviations in the area of responsibility
- Promote standardization and support regions / sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions
- Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions into the organization
- Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)

**Your qualifications**:

- Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or similar or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of SAP - MES or in a comparable work environment
- Experienced in problem solving with local key users and IT
- Very good knowledge in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications
- Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
