Last year, we secured a €6.4 Million investment in a Series-A funding round with the support of Tier 1 SaaS investor Capnamic. The funding helps us further empower frontline teams, eliminate operational inefficiencies, reduce costs, and drive a new era of collaboration and automation in frontline workforces.

Lumiform leverages a robust inbound marketing approach, focusing on organic growth via content and SEO. By crafting niche-specific landing pages tailored to distinct clusters, we vertically position our horizontal software solution, leading to thousands of new signups monthly. We're keen to amplify this growth trajectory.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing (all genders) to own all marketing strategies until a customer signs up for our software. You will be responsible for developing and executing a web marketing strategy that drives traffic and conversions and constantly optimizing and personalizing web experiences to increase traffic, conversions, and pipeline. You will also lead and coach teams across content marketing, SEO, performance marketing, web engineering, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, affiliates, and more.

Tasks
- Own all marketing strategies until a customer signs up for the software
- Develop and constantly improve a web marketing strategy and drive traffic and conversions (signups)
- Constantly optimizing and personalizing web experiences to increase traffic, conversions, and pipeline (signups, PDF downloads)
- Establishing a web content process to own key content pages and ensure editorial consistency across the website
- Drive AB testing and web personalization that will drive signups
- Lead and coach teams across content marketing, SEO, performance marketing, web engineering, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, affiliates, and more
- Stay up-to-date on the many ways our customers use Lumiform to get their jobs done and derive strategies for web marketing to bring more traffic to our website
- Working closely with the sales team to develop collateral and sharpen our positioning
- Ensure all web marketing communications consistently reflect the voice and tone of our brand, including website content, social media, newsletters
- Lead the whole marketing lifecycle until a user signs up, from positioning and brand strategy to demand generation and marketing spend optimization
- Create Quarterly OKRs, supported by a budget that allows the team to reach its goals
- Manage discretionary spending (i.e., paid search, events) to maximize LTV/CAC ratios
- Conduct regular analyses of the marketing funnel, channel performance, cost efficiency metrics, content, and SEO metrics, and present them to the management team

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of growth and marketing experience, with a track record of managing teams of at least 10
- Understanding of SaaS business models and funnels, particularly those with self-serve engines
- Experience making marketing decisions based on data (Cost per signup, payback period, LTV: CAC, OKRs based on funnel projections, efforts based on chance)
- Experience in content and SEO strategy - understand what kinds of content should be created to drive marketing goals (i.e., web content for SEO, testimonial PDFs for lead-in/sales enablement, and nurture campaigns to move top-of-funnel leads down).
- Experience in building a brand
- Strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics, measurement, and campaign performance
- Proven experience managing high-performance teams and individuals to KPIs
- Familiarity with best-of-breed marketing technology, including a strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker), content management systems (preferably Wordpress), Hubspot, and testing tools
- Strong bias for action and to have strong, soft skills in terms of strong communication capability, excellent time management, and prioritization skills
