Team Lead Contract Management for Offshore

We are looking for a passionate Team Lead Contract Management Offshore (all genders) at our location/s in Arnhem (NL), Bayreuth (GE) or Lehrte (GE), who will contribute to this and that might be you?

**Your contribution to TenneT**:

- In this position you will lead the team "Contract Management Offshore 2-GW Projects", plan the** resource requirements** and take over the **selection**, **onboarding**, as well as the **qualification **of the **employees**:

- Together with your team, you will **support **the overall **project management** in all contractual issues related to our project and construction contracts
- You and your team are responsible for the initial **legal assessment of specific claims**, warranty **cases **and **supplements **from suppliers
- You ensure the uniform **interpretation **of **contractual clauses** and the **contractually compliant **handling of claims
- Together with the team, you take over the **management **of our **suppliers **during the entire execution phase of the project
- You ensure** information exchange** and **knowledge transfer** within the team, across projects, as well as to the other Contract Management DC and Offshore teams and together you ensure the implementation of lessons learned, best practices and standards in your projects

**Your profile and background**:

- You have successfully completed your** studies** (university/university of applied sciences) in the field of **commercial law, civil engineering** or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have profound** professional experience** in **contract management**, **purchasing **or a legal department of an international company, ideally in the energy, construction or infrastructure sectors
- Ideally, you have already gained initial** management experience** and enjoy working in and with a team
- You have **good negotiating skills **and **assertiveness **and demonstrate a strong drive to solve complex issues
- Your high **commitment**, **flexibility **and **mobility **for business trips of several days characterize you, as well as the confident handling of the common **MS Office** products and ideally first **SAP **knowledge
- As we are an international team and work closely with our customers worldwide as well as with our colleagues in the Netherlands and Germany, you need to have very good **written **and** verbal skills in English **and **Dutch **or **German**

- Supply Chain Management supports TenneT's activities by determining which goods and services are required to realize projects and maintenance work. We also structure and cover these needs.
