**Your contribution to TenneT**:
We, the business unit **Grid Field Operations Offshore** (GFO-O) operate and maintain all Offshore grid connection systems and interconnectors in the Dutch and German North Sea. The Offshore **asset portfolio** in the north sea is going to be** tripled in terms of Gigawatt** in the next ten years. At Grid Field Operations Offshore we need to secure the supply of today and tomorrow in order to contribute to a successful European energy transition. This also needs a regular reflection on our performance and the continuous development of our business activities. In your role as a (Senior) Advisor you are contributing to enabling the GFO-O community doing so, and you are part of the **Business Administration Squad**. This small team of Advisors is responsible to **support and drive Strategy, Culture and Communication **within GFO-O. In precise, you:

- Are **leading, improving, coordinating and initiating** several senior **Project Management Office** **tasks**, in order to support our Associate Director on an operational level. This includes preparing and moderating several steering committees, optimizing the **reporting **and **meeting structure**, drawing up decision proposals and making sure everything runs smoothly
- Act as a **sparring partner** on different levels and support in development and execution of our targets. You **coordinate and monitor the implementation** these projects/tasks
- Are also in contact with our **external stakeholders**, and represent GFO-O in the BNetzA
- are responsible for **performance reports** and **driving improvements** on these reports
- ** Closely cooperate** with our **Associate Director**, in the business administration team and have many different stakeholders within GFO-O and broader in TenneT. You will have a very **central key role** within and outside of the department and will be in frequent contact with the colleagues in our Offshore areas, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, shareholders, etc
- Are also part of **different projects **within GFO-O

**Your profile and background**:

- You hold a **bachelor or master’s degree **in energy engineering, business administration or comparable
- You have **experience **in **handling large groups** with a diversity of stakeholders, on (senior) management level, cross-functional team interaction and complex business cases
- You preferably have **experience in sectors like Energy **and Technology/ Offshore Projects and/or Field Operations & Maintenance
- You show **courage **in speaking up and **giving feedback **on all levels
- You are result oriented, **structured**, diligent, **pro-active** and have high quality standards
- You are** fluent in English**, both verbally and in writing, as well as in one further language, **either Dutch or German **(preferably native)

- Grid Field Operations is executing Field Operations, Maintenance and (Baseload) Projects. We ensure the integrity and safety of our assets entrusted to us, while also ensuring their maximum availability. We make sure that the onshore grids of TenneT is reliable in Germany and the Netherlands.**Additional information**:
