- What you’ll be doing:
- Integration certifications project planning and coordination between 3rd party vendor
- and distribution partners, as well as hotel clients
- Clarification of technical requirements with the 3rd party vendor
- Consulting 3rd party vendors during the implementation and certification process based on OTA and HTNG standard.
- Testing, documentation and validation of the interface
- Preparation and execution of pilot installations with 3rd party vendors, distribution partners and hotel clients.
- Supervision of Pilot Phase
- Go to Market for newly certified integrations
- Internal and external communication in English and German (English mandatory)
- Testing and documentation of new implementations
- Updating the integration status in internal and external documentations
- Coordination between Support - Teams in case of errors
- Detailed defect analysis including Observation of the data flow and participation in case of errors during the certification process
- Creation and maintenance of test plans

Who you are:

- Fluent English (German is a plus)
- Strong hospitality Background
- Experience with 3rd party vendor software / integrations
- Strong PMS knowledge (preferably protel PMS)
- Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs and integration tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- High level of independence and ownership
- Self-driven and enthusiastic
