**Your Job**
- Leading co-ordination, collation and production of strategic PowerPoint materials for senior leadership
- Supporting or leading small-scale projects as requested
- Assisting senior team members in project co-ordination activities including formalizing agreed actions and key decisions
- Supporting on project status updates including milestones, financials, risks and issues
Supporting in workshop organisations

**Your Profile**
- You are a university student of Business Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent, before or during a bachelor or master degree study or equivalent
- You are passionate about engaging people, learning & development, and information technologies
- You have motivation to experience roles such as project management, product management and consulting
- Knowledge on IT & Tech in general, and experience tools such as in PowerPoint, Excel and optionally Azure DevOps
- Ideally English on a high proficiency level, optionally German
- Full-time availability for the first 2 months which can be reduced to 16 or 20 hours per week after that, based on your availability
- Available for at least 6 months starting 1st July, longer availability would be preferred

Students of countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
