**About the Team**:
Miro's Product Marketing team is responsible for crafting Miro's story. We create compelling, insight-led positioning and messaging, develop and deliver measurable and impactful go-to-market strategies, and champion customers throughout the product development process. The team partners closely with many functions at Miro, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, Success, Support, Growth, and Brand. Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 2 days a week in the office for all members of the Marketing team.
Successful Product Marketers at Miro think like general managers of their area: flexible but constantly seeking mastery, with strong customer empathy, creative problem-solving ability, research, synthesis, and analytical skills. They shift from thinking about a high-level strategy to tactical marketing execution and possess a bias towards personal accountability and action.

**About the Role**:
We're seeking an experienced marketer to lead our Product, Partner and Developer Marketing teams. With broad scope across B2B, B2C and technical audiences, this leader will transform our communications with Miro's passionate communities of end users, developers, admins, and partners. With responsibility across the entire breadth of Miro's product portfolio, we are looking for a leader to innovate how we communicate and tell Miro's story through insight-led campaigns, events, field enablement and more.
This role will lead a team responsible for crafting Miro's positioning, packaging features into compelling narratives across a diverse set of audiences, establishing and growing high-impact partnerships, and building our developer marketing funnel. Your team will be charged with driving customer adoption, deeper product engagement, the growth of the Miro ecosystem, and is a strategic voice in our approach to monetization and packaging.
We expect you as a leader will create an inclusive, welcoming, and physiologically safe environment for your team to explore uncertain spaces, come up with bold ideas and co-create extraordinary marketing by listening actively, role-modeling the culture, and leaning towards open conversations.

**What you'll do**:

- Drive adoption and trial of new functionality through community-based, lifecycle and integrated marketing campaigns
- Bring the voice of the customer into the product strategy process. While this role reports into Marketing, you will sit on the Product leadership team and inform product direction
- Lead the connection of our product positioning and enterprise value messaging through partnering across the organization
- Cultivate our Partner and Developer Marketing functions
- Elevate our admin communications and enablement

**What you'll need**:

- 12-15 years experience
- 5-10 years of marketing experience (Product Marketing or Consumer Marketing) in technology (SaaS a plus)
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong communication skills and experience leveraging user insights to craft positioning
- Understanding of product development processes and familiarity with growth fundamentals
