**Responsibilities**:

- Independent planning, coordination as well as execution of installation, maintenance, repair, conversion and renovation activities on construction and building technology
- Independently handle preventive maintenance tasks on construction and building technology and equipment in accordance with maintenance software
- Assist in the maintenance of plant and grounds in the form of gardening activities and surface cleaning
- Assist with maintenance and project activities on machinery, equipment and buildings
- Coordination of external companies

**Qualifications**:

- Completed training in a technical profession
- 3-5 years of experience in independent processing of maintenance work desirable
- Extensive technical, craft and business understanding
- High level of commitment, flexibility as well as the ability to work under pressure due to tight deadlines
- Willingness to work weekends if necessary
- Very good written and spoken German
- Friendly appearance, good communication skills and reliability complete the profile
