**Then we’d love to hear from you **We are looking for a new working student Corporate Learning (M/F/d)
**What you do**:
- You support the corporate learning team in their projects and daily routines, e.g.
- You contribute your creativity and own ideas on the topic of learning.
- You support the company-wide communication and publication of learning updates in English (e.g. creating blogposts in the intranet).
- You create appealing information materials (e.g. presentations, decision templates) based on your independent information research, data analysis and experience.
- You take care of the preparation and follow-up of events.
- You search for learning resources and material suitable to meet a specific learning need.
- You support the evaluation and improvement of internal processes with your innovative and smart ideas on the topic of learning and actively help to shape them.
- You support the corporate learning team in day-to-day business regarding training administration (e.g. training coordination and organization) and act as a contact person for our internal trainers and training participants.
**What you bring**:
- You are an enrolled student.
- You are very interested in and open to the field of corporate learning.
- You enjoy organizing and planning in a service
- and team-oriented manner.
- In the best case, you have already gained experience in the area of corporate learning/ training organization/ event organization.
- You approach tasks proactively and responsibly, but also like to get support from your team.
- You approach your work independently and conscientiously as a matter of course.
- You have no problem with the common MS Office programs and you are not afraid to familiarize yourself with new tools, e.g. our learning management system.
- You communicate confidently in English.
