For our Global Training Team we are looking for a new working student to support us here in Erlangen, Germany.

**What you will do**:

- Learning design and educational innovation research
- Evaluation of e-learning materials
- Lean documentation of training content
- Script writing with given input by process owners, storyboard creation, and development by collaborating with different departments around the globe
- Collaborates with technical personnel to resolve issues
- Creation of interactive training material

**What you bring**:
**Your experience**:

- Enrolled student in the field of communication, psychology, digital design, computer science, instructional design and technology, educational technology, education, distance education, or educational administration
- Experience with eLearning creation tools: e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.

**Your personal competencies**:

- High affinity for tool handling
- Creativity and fun to work in a team
- Very good English skills
