**Your role**
- Do you have a strong understanding of the business products of a Global Bank with Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Retail Banking activities? Do you enjoy working on complex pricing questions and using your expertise to drive positive and impactful change? As the Head of Pricing and Incentivization you are responsible for the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) set by Group Treasury (GT) and the allocation of Leverage Ratio Denominator. You are responsible for the steering of Liquidity and Funding consumption by the business divisions and allocating the associated costs of external issuances. You will interact with various teams across Finance and Business Divisions.
- We are looking for someone who will:
- continue our journey of enhancing our FTP framework looking at Legal entity and Business Division frameworks;
- understand very well the Liquidity and Funding needs of the main Legal Entities as well as the Business mix in these entities;
- use FTP and LRD allocations to appropriately steer Business Divisions to create a balanced Liquidity and Funding profile;
- partner with key stakeholders across the bank to understand the pricing impact of liquidity and funding driven initiatives;
- explain forecasts and actual moves in allocations to Senior Stakeholders in Finance and Business Divisions;
- drive further automation in FTP processes, move solutions to the cloud;
- manage a team of experienced FTP professionals;
- partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and Business Divisions.

**Your team**
- You will be leading the Pricing and Incentivization team which sits in the Resource Management and Planning team within Group Treasury. The role is based in London or Frankfurt. The Resource Management and Planning team is responsible for Liquidity and Funding Planning and Forecasting, Pricing and Incentivization as well as Advisory. We work closely with the Business Divisions, Finance and Risk.

- strong knowledge across the range of Investment Banking, Global Wealth Management and Personal & Corporate business practices, products, and liquidity and funding risks;
- strong knowledge of liquidity and funding risk management;
- ability to think strategically, comfortable with challenging the status quo, drive innovation/change within the organization;
- strong leadership and management skills;
- confident and effective communication skills.
