**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Statistische Modellierung, Analyse und Visualisierung
hochdimensionaler molekularer Daten, z.B. (einzelzell)
RNA-seq und ATAC-seq aus menschlichem
Krebsgewebe und Mausmodellen
Entwicklung von bioinformatischen Tools, Workflows
und Pipelines
Unterstützung unserer Kooperationspartner bei der
Planung, Gestaltung, Interpretation und
Veröffentlichung ihrer Experimente und Ergebnisse für
Transkriptom
- und Epigenom-Datensätze
Integration von Daten aus verschiedenen biologischen
Ebenen und Omics-Quellen
Mitarbeit beim Verfassen wissenschaftlicher
Publikationen sowie an Aktivitäten und
Veranstaltungen der Core Facility Bioinformatik
(Seminare, Kurse) und an Lehrtätigkeiten

**Ihr Profil**:
Diplom oder Master in den Fächern Bioinformatik,
(Bio-)Mathematik, Statistik oder gleichwertige
Qualifikation
Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in mindestens einer
Sprache, idealerweise ausgerichtet auf
NGS-Datenanalyse (vorzugsweise R/Bioconductor,
Python, C++)
Fundierte Kenntnisse statistischer Konzepte sind
wünschenswert ebenso die Vertrautheit mit der
Linux-Umgebung
Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Analyse von
NGS-Datensätzen (Verarbeitung, Visualisierung,
Dokumentation, Speicherung) sind von Vorteil
Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
