Als Business Development Associate (m/w/d) bei uns bist du für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens sowie unserer Unternehmensbeteiligungen zuständig. Du trägst Verantwortung, arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und hast eine steile Lernkurze

Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst Projektverantwortung und leitest die Projektadministration
- Du unterstützt das Berater-Team bei der Planung und Ausführung von Projekten
- Du strukturierst Probleme und findest Lösungen für die Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts
- Du arbeits eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen
- Du entwickelst deine Fähigkeiten konstant weiter

Qualifikation
- Du hast in den letzten zwei Jahren einen Hochschulabschluss erworben
- Du hast bereits ersten Kundenkontakt und erste Erfahrungen im Rahmen von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten gesammelt
- Du hast eine pragmatische Arbeitsweise und bist strukturiert
- Du kannst gut kommunizieren, bist teamfähig und flexibel
