**Your role at Exness**:
As our one and only Salesforce team lead, you will oversee a talented team of 12 Salesforce professionals. You will have close involvement in business discussions and the opportunity to be an inspiring people leader while also remaining hands-on in your professional technical field. This position is open to relocation to our on-site locations in Cyprus or Malaysia.

**You will**:

- As a technical lead: _
- Assess and implement technologies and tools within the team and being the final decision-maker in choice of team’s technologies and instruments, run an expert assessment of the selected instruments.
- Analyze and eliminate product incidents and implement changes to predict and prevent future incidents together with the team, taking responsibility for the product incidents.
- Participate in the process of quarterly planning, set goals for the team, and analyze interconnections to achieve goals.
- Take part in the process of assessing the accomplishment of team goals.
- Participate in reporting: allocation of resources for projects, a report on the work performed by the team for the past week/quarter, and others, if necessary.
- Determine technical solutions for business tasks as a team (the way for product business requirements to be technically implemented).
- Interact with other team leaders of the technology function teams to identify the interconnections between products and build an appropriate compatible architecture.
- Ensure that the level of technical support is consistent with the parameters agreed with a business consumer.
- Dedicate part of the time to solve problems that correspond to professional skills independently.
- As a line manager: _
- Take over developing and mentoring new team members and actively support the ongoing development of current team members (in conjunction with the manager, L&D and HRBP).
- Participate in setting team goals, as well as goals for specific team members.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high results.
- Know the strengths and help to improve the weaknesses of all team members for further development and achieving better performance.
- Hard skills: _
- Previous experience as a Salesforce team lead/Salesforce architect, with experience in people management.
- Deep understanding of the SF platform to be able to provide work estimations
- Understand corporate needs and be able to respond in time
- Experience in Service Cloud, as well as integrations and development (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud a plus)
- Full Salesforce life cycle-implementation experience
- Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, VisualForce, Aura, and LWC
- Experience working with CTI, live chat, Einstein Bot, platform events, skill-based routing, external object, and Marketing Cloud (a plus)
- Experience with web services (REST and SOAP, JSON and XML, etc.)
- Experience with Jitterbit and Flosum (a plus)

- Technical leadership and team motivation
- Ability to influence positively other team members and communicate openly in 1-to-1s and in groups
- Ability to motivate other team members to achieve goals and support colleagues to improve their performance (with the help of the manager and HRBP)
- Ability to effectively manage time and resources
- Ability to cascade strategic goals and decompose them into daily team tasks
- A good level of written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions clearly to different audiences
- A proactive approach, taking ownership as well as being result-oriented and responsible
- Ability to work well under pressure, flexibility in decision-making, and a positive attitude to frequent changes
- Desire to develop as a manager while remaining an expert in your professional field
- Fluent English
