**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the HR team with all administrative and organisational tasks, such as contract management, certificate creation, contract amendments, applicant management- Transmission and maintenance of master and variable data in Loga and Workday- Taking on tasks for the preparation of payroll accounting- Preparation of personnel statistics- Administration of personnel files- Coordination of BEM meetings- Administration of the leasing personnel deployed
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training- Professional experience in human resources- Experience in payroll accounting desirable- Good knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law- Confident handling of the MS Office package (especially Excel and Word)- Knowledge of Loga and Workday desirable- Strong communication skills- High degree of service orientation, reliability, resilience and sense of responsibility- Proactive way of working- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
