**Team mission**:
GetYourGuide is looking for a Creative Lead, Brand Storytelling to join our incredible in-house Creative Studio. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of the team taking our brand to the next level and thereby meaningfully contributing to the company's objective of Building the #1 household brand of travel experiences worldwide.

**You will**:

- Create on-brand, on-brief storytelling assets to meet a range of brand goals and KPIs.
- Drive copy excellence on our brand awareness assets, working closely with user research and marketing teams to create clear and consistent messaging.
- Innovate and develop storytelling guidelines that would improve marketing goals.
- Work closely with the visual team and the creative director in order to develop conceptual campaigns.
- Execute on deadline while taking into account budget and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strategically translate market research and data into brand language and relevant stories.
- Mentor and grow copywriters and proactively foster their development in soft and hard skills.
- Act as a guiding voice when we work with external agencies to ensure a holistic brand feel.
- Develop and communicate our brand both externally and internally.

**Who you are**:

- 7+ years in a senior creative role. Ideally with experience in both agency and in-house teams.
- A portfolio of creative work across advertising, editorial, and branded content — displaying a distinct voice and demonstrating a command of style and tone.
- A native-level English speaker with strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
- Ability to develop unified copy and storytelling standards for GetYourGuide whilst understanding how they adapt on a channel-by-channel basis.
- Experience providing feedback and editing copywriters' work.
- Deep understanding of navigating the creative process from concept through development and production
- Understanding of writing within a brand organization, and how to translate business priorities into highly engaging consumer-facing narratives and messaging
- Ability to lead strategic development across a team and project.
- Experience working on global brands, or various markets.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and cultural trends.
- Good command of performance marketing terms and full-funnel marketing.
- Excellent Stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- A positive, inspiring, and collaborative working style is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
