Was wirst du tun:

- Provide administrative support to the Operations and Quality Managers
- Employee maintanance in Absence Database
- Event Management
- Provide administrative support for department management including maintaining calendars (if appropriate)
- Meeting organization
- Preparation of business trips (agenda, contacts, tickets, reservations etc.)
- Execution of travel expense reports
- Administration of vacation and absences for Operations and Quality Managers
- Redbook co-ordination
- Supports site communication activities
- Works independently on regular tasks
- Support of department management
- Smooth organization of daily office work
- Timely execution of expense reports
- Compliant maintenance of Redbooks, if applicable

Was bringst du mit:

- Secretarial or commercial education or comparable education
- Job experience in administrative area
- Good oral and written English language skills to be able to communicate with other Abbott sites
