Im Auftrag unserer Kunden entwickeln wir individuelle, marktprägende Health und Manufacturing Solutions. Unsere hohe Branchenexpertise und das breite Verständnis für technologische Neuerungen gepaart mit einem agilen Mindset sorgen für Schnelligkeit und Kreativität in der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungsideen, u. a. für digitale Medizinprodukte, medizinische Geräte sowie Forschungslösungen für Medizintechnik-, Life-Science
- und Pharmaunternehmen.

Als Presales Projektleiter stellen Sie den reibungslosen und erfolgreichen Ablauf der Presales
- und Projektanbahnungsphase sicher und beraten unsere Kunden in den Branchen Medizintechnik-, Pharma
- und Life Science bei der effizienten und agilen Umsetzung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten im regulierten Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

- Erarbeitung von Kundenpräsentationen, Projektkonzepten, Angeboten und anderen Inhalten für die Kommunikation mit Kunden und zur Gewinnung von Neu-Kunden
- Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und Lösungspräsentationen
- Sicherstellung der Termintreue und Qualität in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden in der Presales-Phase
- Ressourcenmanagement und finanzielles Controlling von Presales Teams
- Beratung von Kunden bei der Konzeption, Anpassung und Umsetzung von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Aufbau eines Vertrauensverhältnisses mit Entscheidern der Kunden
- Erkennen von Bedarfen, Herausforderungen und Lösungsoptionen in der Kundenorganisation
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb zum Erschließen neuer Kunden
- Aufbau neuer Softwareentwicklungsprojekte und Führung des Projektteams in der Frühphase des Projektes
- Erstellung von Fachartikeln und -vorträgen für branchenspezifische Medien und Veranstaltungen

Des Weiteren verfügen Sie über folgendes Profil:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter für Softwareentwicklungsprojekte
- Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik-, Pharma
- oder Life Science-Branche
- Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse eines Unternehmens
- Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsprozessen (z. B. ISO 13485, IEC 62304, etc.) und Regularien (z. B. MDR, IVDR, FDA) in der Medizintechnik-, Pharma
- oder Life Science-Branche
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten mit agilen Methoden (insb. SCRUM)
- Geübt in Rolle des Moderators, Konfliktlösers, Analytikers, Organisators und Motivators
- Erfahrungen im Stakeholder-Management und Coaching-Kompetenz
- Erfahrung im Führen von Softwareentwicklungsteams
- Reisebereitschaft
- Sicheres Beherrschen der deutschen Sprache und aktiv anwendbares sicheres Englisch
- Affinität zu Vertrieb und Business Development
- Ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Professionelles Auftreten sowie sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und gute Auffassungsgabe
