**Das machst du bei uns**
- Startup aufbauen Wir sind dabei, den Immobilienmarkt ordentlich aufzumischen. Wir haben so einige Ideen, wie wir Immobilienkauf und -finanzierung einfacher, schneller und transparenter gestalten
- Du leitest und entwickelst unser Team aus Frontend
- und Backend-Entwicklern in einem agilen Umfeld und baust es bei Bedarf weiter aus
- Du bist unser Tech-Experte in interdisziplinären Squads, und arbeitest mit Product Managern und Designern an der Schärfung unserer Produktvision
- Du entwickelst unsere Tech und Infrastruktur weiter, um technische Anforderungen umzusetzen

**Das bringst du mit**
- Du hast mehr als 5 Jahre "hands-on" Erfahrung in der professionellen Backend
- oder Frontend-Entwicklung. Davon arbeitest du seit mindestens 2 Jahren als Teamleiter bzw. Lead-Developer
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Microservice-Architekturen und in der Arbeit mit unserem Tech-Stack, insbesondere mit Go, React, Kafka sowie Postgres. Du hast Dependency-Management
- und Build-Automation-Tools bereits eingesetzt und Cloud Umgebungen (z.B. AWS / Azure / GCP) sind selbstverständlich für dich
- Du kannst die passenden Impulse für dein Team geben - von Coding Guidelines über Code Reviews bis zu Technologie
- und Architekturentscheidungen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
