**Date Protection Lawyer / Compliance Lawyer**

in Vollzeit an den Standorten Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, München oder Düsseldorf.

**Was Sie erwartet**
- Bewertung und Begutachtung interner datenschutzrechtlicher Sachverhalte und Fragestellungen
- Erstellung von Stellungnahmen und Gutachten
- Berührungspunkte mit den Themengebieten (Legal-) Tech und Digitalisierung (Cybersicherheit, Digital Services Act, Digital Market Act etc.)
- Konzeption praktischer datenschutzrechtlicher Leitlinien
- Kontinuierliche Aufrechterhaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Datenschutz-Management-Systems

**Was wir erwarten**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare universitäre Ausbildung (Studium des Wirtschaftsrechts, LL.M. etc.)
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Bearbeitung und Umsetzung datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen, bevorzugt in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Bereitschaft sich mit weiteren Compliance-Themen auseinanderzusetzen, u.a. Geldwäscheprävention, anwaltliches Berufsrecht sowie Vertragsrecht (ins. AGB- und Haftungsecht)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein ausgeprägtes juristisches Systemverständnis
- Sorgfältige, selbstständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Begeisterung und Freude an Teamgeist
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
