Wir suchen einen engagierten und erfahrenen Product Ops zur Verstärkung eines unserer Squads im Tribe "Product & Technology". In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unser Squad dabei, effiziente Scheduling
- und Routing-Prozesse, umfassenden On-Site-Support und essentielle Tools, Apps und Systeme für unsere Techniker bereitzustellen. Als "Partner in Crime" des Product Owners spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Optimierung unserer Produkte und Prozesse.
- Unterstützung des Product Owners bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Pilotprojekten und Rollouts
- Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Fehlerbehebung auf Basis eines tiefen Verständnisses der Produkttechnologien
- Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen in den Geschäftsprozessen und Implementierung von Best Practices
- Analyse und Interpretation von produktbezogenen Daten zur Unterstützung datengestützter Entscheidungen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Sicherstellung einer effektiven Kommunikation

- Tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis der Produkttechnologien und -architekturen
- Erfahrung im Produkt
- oder Projektmanagement, Erfahrung im Geschäftsprozessmanagement ist ein Plus
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Daten
- Exzellente Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
