Als Tax Specialist (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Process & Compliance bist du maßgeblich an der Erstellung und Fortschreibung der Verfahrensbeschreibung sowie des Tax Compliance Management Systems für die deutschen Gesellschaften der Philips Gruppe beteiligt. Weiterhin unterstützt du im Bedarfsfall ausländische Konzerngesellschaften bei der Erstellung vergleichbarer Dokumente. Abgerundet wird die Tätigkeit durch die Erstellung von Steuererklärungen u.a. von Personengesellschaften. Zusätzlich trägst du Verantwortung für folgende Aufgaben:
- Maßgebliches Treiben der Erstellung und Fortschreibung der Verfahrensbeschreibung nach GOBD und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Tax Compliance Management Systems
- Identifizierung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in bestehenden (steuerrelevanten) Prozessen durch vertieftes Fachwissen in direkten
- wie indirekten Steuern
- Im Bedarfsfall Unterstützung von ausländischen Konzerngesellschaften (ggf. auch vor Ort) bei der Erstellung vergleichbarer Dokumente / Systeme
- Mitwirkung bei laufenden Betriebsprüfungen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Verfahrensbeschreibung
- Erstellung bestimmter Steuererklärungen (nebst Steuerbilanzen) einschließlich der Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden
