Die Abteilung Contract Law (CL) ist die zentrale Instanz der BWI, die für alle Endkundenverträge die laufende juristische Beratung, Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Demands, Angeboten und Verträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Management durchführt. CL unterstützt als Trusted Advisor durch vertragsrechtliche Expertise die Geschäftsfunktionen der BWI bei der Gestaltung, Verhandlung und der Durchführung geschäftlicher Vereinbarungen und Verträge. Gleichzeitig hilft CL den Geschäftsfunktionen der BWI, die mit der Vertragserfüllung verbundenen rechtlichen Risiken zu verstehen und zu managen. Der Bereich verantwortet die rechtlichen Aspekte der vertraglichen Vereinbarungen zu Liefer

DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Mitarbeit an der rechtlichen Prüfung von Vertragsdokumenten
- Erstellung von Präsentationen zur Visualisierung der jeweiligen Projekte/Projektschritte und der zugehörigen Vertragsgrundlagen
- Erarbeitung von benötigten Fragenkatalogen zur rechtlichen Bewertung der jeweiligen Projekte
- Protokollführung bei internen und externen Terminen
- Koordinierung und Durchführung von Abstimmungsgesprächen mit den Fachfunktionen der BWI bzgl. Angebots-/Vertragsdokumenten
- Juristische Bearbeitung von Verträgen inklusive Teilnahme an Meetings mit Kunden sowie Bedarfsträgern einzelner Behörden
- Organisation des Funktionspostfaches der Abteilung CL und der vertraglichen Dokumentenablage (Sharepoint)

DEIN PROFIL:

- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in im fortgeschrittenen Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
- Zuverlässigkeit und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Grundverständnis über IT-Technologie und routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere MS Word und MS Powerpoint)
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und erste Präsentationserfahrungen
- Hohes Maß an Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
