**Brand Lead CVRM (m/w/d)**

**Einfluss nehmen**
- Entwicklung und Vorantreiben der Marketingstrategie eines Produkt
- /Indikationsportfolios hinsichtlich strategischer Zielsetzung, Positionierung, Messaging, Aktivitätenplanung, Kommunikation und deren Implementierung
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Brand Manager und Team Assistenzen
- Verantwortung für Planung und Umsetzung der x-funktionalen Brand-Pläne
- Verantwortung für differenzierte Planung und Umsetzung des Omnichannel Marketing-Mix in Abhängigkeit von Produkt-, Markt
- und Kundenbedürfnissen
- Verantwortung für die strategische Produktentwicklung unter Einbeziehung aller bereichsübergreifenden Funktionen
- Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit im CVRM Leitungsteam und mit Mitgliedern anderer Abteilungen (Medizin, Market Access, u.a.), sowie dem Außendienst zur Erreichung der gemeinsamen Aufgabe
- Sicherstellung von Forecasts, Performance Tracking und Reporting
- Schnittstelle zwischen globalen Teams und dem lokalen Marketing
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Key Opinion Leaders

**Stärken beweisen**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, naturwissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium
- Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Marketing und idealerweise in weiteren Funktionen (v.a. Vertrieb) in der innovativen pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Fundierte Produkt-, Markt
- und Kundenkenntnisse im Bereich Primary und idealerweise in den Therapiegebieten Diabetes, Herz
- und/oder Niereninsuffizienz
- Erfahrungen in der Neueinführung von Produkten und im Globalen Brand Management, sowie in der crossfunktionalen Zusammenarbeit
- Hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Starke Teamorientierung, gute Kommunikations
- und Führungsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, Innovationsfähigkeit, Kreativität und Lösungsorientiertheit
- Sehr gut strukturierte, organisierte sowie vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
- Exzellentes Projektmanagement und Presentations-Skills
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
